Encounter-workshop on developing audiences and increasing public loyalty

The CARPET Project invites you to take part in a series of encounters relating to developing of audiences and increasing the loyalty of the different members of the public who take part in activities related to culture and the arts. The encounters take the form of theoretical-practical workshops given by experts as well as encounters with professionals who explain their experiences at the helm of institutions which have managed to increase the number of people who attend the activities they organise.

This first encounter with Raúl Ramos will deal with topics such as the importance of gathering information on the users, how to design more efficient communications to generate loyalty, how to establish the first key indicators and jointly measure public development actions, elements to boost online communication, etc. There will also be practical exercises and some real-life cases will be studied.

Raúl Ramos is a founding partner of Asimétrica, a marketing and audience development consultancy for cultural organisations. As of 2010 it has been working for clients such as the Spanish Ministry of Culture, the Berklee College of Music, the Spanish National Orchestra and Choir, the Reina Sofia Museum, the Colón de Bogotá National Theatre, the GAM of Chile of the Spanish Theatre Network, among others.
