INTREPIDA date in Portugal: fresh pasta-making workshop

13/05/2019 From 13:30

The Fundación Tres Culturas (Three Cultures Foundation) via its European INTREPIDA project, is organising a new date in Portugal to discover the workings of companies, the services they provide and, of course, the women behind them.

One of the dates for May is a workshop on how to make fresh stuffed pasta during which Elsa Cardoso, founder of the company La artesana de la pasta, will show us how to make different specialities. This INTREPIDA date is included in the bakery training module taught by the Centro de Formación Profesional para el Sector Alimentario en Algarve therefore the students will be able to learn from the experience of this businesswoman, who lives and works in Andalusia.

This centre, founded in 1984 to train students and professionals in the catering and restaurant sector, currently has facilities in Lisbon, Coimbra, Porto, Pontihna and Albufeira and has won a number of awards.

The Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo (Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation) is the Main Beneficiary of the INTREPIDA project, together with the following partners in Spain and Portugal: FUECA Business University Foundation of the Province of Cádiz, Huelva County Council, REGIOTIC, NERPOR Association of Businesspeople of the Region of Portoalegre and NERE Business Nucleus of the Region of Évora. The INTREPIDA project has European financing under the INTERREG V A Spain-Portugal programme (POCTEP).
