Moroccan cuisine ‘Showcooking’
The Fundación Tres Culturas (Three Cultures Foundation) is once again dedicating the month of November to our friend and neighbouring country, Morocco. We thus organise, in collaboration with the Ministry for Moroccan Expats, many activities including a live Moroccan recipe cooking session.
Chefs Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León will be preparing some of the most representative dishes of Moroccan cuisine before the audience. During the session, attendees will have a paper copy of the recipe before them so they can follow what the chefs are doing step by step. After the session they will be able to taste some of the dishes.
Elkardoudi and León work as restaurateurs in Seville and their vocation for training has led them to create the company Cocineros&Co, which runs cookery and catering workshops.
This activity is free, but places must be booked in advance.
