Moroccan pastry showcooking

18/05/2018

Coinciding with the month of Ramadan, the Three Cultures Foundation organizes once again a program of activities with the aim of sharing this tradition with other cultures, in addition to the desire to share experiences and generate bonds.

Among the organized activities, we will have two live cooking sessions with the young chef Ali Elkardoudi, who will teach the participants to make some of the most representative Moroccan pastries recipes.

On Friday May 18th, Elkardoudi will make two traditional Arab pastries recipes: the kaab el ghazal or gazelle horns and the makhroud, also known as baklava .

During the showcooking, the attendees will have the recipe on paper to follow step by step the chef instructions. After the session, these delicious sweets can be tasted.

Ali Elkardoudi has been trained as a cook in the Tabernal del Alabardero hotel school in Sevilla. He has also participated in numerous national and international restoration events.Among his most recent achievements, he has been a finalist in one of the competitions of the XVII International Madrid Fusion Gastronomy Congress.

His profile as a trainer has led him to create the company Cocineros & Co, dedicated to teach cooking workshops, catering courses, among others.

This activity is free prior registration through this link.
