Tres Culturas and the Sephardic-Israel Centre hold the 5th Erensya summit in Seattle
The Fundación Tres Culturas and the Sephardic-Israel Centre in collaboration with the Spanish Embassy in the United States hold the 5th summit of this platform which has an aim to connect Sephardic communities from all over the world.
One of Erensya’s goals is to keep the legacy of the Jewish roots of Spain alive. Every two years this platform holds a summit at which initiatives are put forward, new work projects are created and visibility is sought for the international presences of the Sephardic communities. Over and above the institutional tie, the platform intends to extend a cooperation programme that includes cultural, social and academic initiatives.
On this occasion the summit will be held in Seattle from the 27th to the 31st of May and will have collaboration from the Seattle Sephardic Network, the Government of Washington and the City Council. In its 5th edition, Erensya seeks to revitalise its spirit by relaunching technological and innovative projects which will attempt to keep the legacy alive through documents and written texts from different parts of the world.
