FuenteSana Method ~ Personal Development and Growth for Integral Well-being
This method is the sum of different tools, training and above all my experience of the last 8 years.
- My mission:
To help people to create new healthy habits on a Mental, Emotional and Physical level, guiding and accompanying them in this process.
Through individual and group sessions, courses and workshops, all of them online or in person, we will learn how our lifestyle, our personality and the managing of our emotions influence our wellbeing. To discover this, we will work on three fundamental pillars, our mind, our inner self and our body, using different tools, experiential exercises and guided meditations, among others.
