Pilates Salud

Pilates Salud was created in 2006 by Celeste Roldán, Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. They currently have two locations in Seville where they provide floor Pilates and machine Pilates classes, physiotherapy and foot reflexology.

Pilates Salud offers Pilates sessions in a personalised manner, aimed at both functional recovery and physical conditioning.

Their work philosophy is based on the adaptation and personalisation of the sessions, so that people of any physical condition and age, sportspeople who wish to improve their performance or balance asymmetries, pregnant or postpartum women, patients with fibromyalgia or disc hernias, those recovering from trauma and any other situation that requires work on the body can benefit from its advantages.

They are committed to the health of all their clients. Pilates Salud currently has a team of six professionals, all trained by the prestigious Polestar school and with a high level of commitment and work that leads them to continually progress and adapt to new studies that are appearing in relation to therapeutic exercise as well as physical conditioning in the case of clients who do not have any pathologies.
