Characteristics:
The basement area can be accessed from the central courtyard through 4 lateral staircases and also through the panoramic lift. The basement is also connected with the auditorium and the classrooms which makes it a perfect place to organize meals and cocktail parties following events taking place in other areas. Due to its round shape, it is also a good place to host shows and exhibitions. The formidable marble and plaster columns together with the marble and glass fountain that communicates with the upper floor are the two most impressive features of this courtyard.
