The Fundación Tres Culturas (Three Cultures Foundation), within the framework of the CARPET project (Craft Art and People Together), organises the third edition of the CARPET network open studio tour. A marvellous opportunity to find out more about various graphic designs and see their workplaces in the centre of the city of Seville.
The studios included in the visit are: Diego Gallego and Buenavida El Golpe; Cultura del Entorno; Habermas; Lab; Little and Pink Globe. Artists and creatives work there every day who have probably been behind campaigns, signage and visual communications that are easily recognised by the public.
The studios will remain open to the public on the afternoon of Friday the 17th of May from 4pm to 8.30pm. To make the visits easier a map has been prepared in digital format (which can be downloaded via this link) and on paper (which can be obtained free of charge from the Foundation headquarters.)
The visits start out from the town hall and from the Casa de las Sirenas, on Alameda de Hércules. To sign up, you must choose one of the two groups and register via the following links:
Moreover, to facilitate these encounters, Tres Culturas (Three Cultures) offers the possibility of carrying out a guided tour for these visits, free of charge, which must be booked in advance.
Paralelly, project partner Creative Kernow is organising an Open studio tour in Cornwall with local artists from the 25th of May to the 2nd of June 2019.
The CARPET Project is coordinated by the Fundación Tres Culturas (Three Cultures Foundation) along with partners Creative Kernow in the UK, CEARTE in Portugal and APDN in Morocco. This project has financial support from the European Europa Creativa programme.
