The group counts the presence of Mohannad Doughem, a prestigious Syrian musician now exiled in Seville.
The Three Cultures Foundation offers this concert as part of “Soundroutes – Notes to Get Closer”, a project promoted by the Seville-based music agency Marmaduke in coordination with the Italian NGO Un Ponte Per…, the Bologna Jazz Festival, the Ivan Illich Folk Music School (Italy), the Berliner Brauerei Wissmannstraße eV – Werkstatt der Kulturen, and the Vzw De Vergunning cultural association (Belgium). http://soundroutes.eu/
The concert will offer a diverse repertoire of oriental music and feature other virtuoso musicians such as the clarinettist Oscar Acedo, the cellist Carmen Fernández Ruiz and the percussionist Chiqui Ruíz.
