The Fundación Tres Culturas resumes its musical programme in January with a concert by the Mediterranean folk group Darash.
Not surprisingly, the term Darash, of Hebrew etymology, means "the search", a concept that reaffirms the idea of uniting present-day music with ancient music, based on the study and interpretation of the music of the Mediterranean.
In search of the authenticity of tradition and a return to the roots, Darash uses ancient instruments with an acoustic sound. Its members are poly-instrumentalists of very diverse styles, who invite the audience to immerse themselves in a journey through the Mediterranean and rediscover our cultural roots.
This concert is part of the parallel programme of the 4th AN-MAR Andalusia Morocco Forum, a meeting place for municipalities and local authorities from the north of Morocco and Andalusia to discuss issues of common interest in the framework of cooperation between the two territories.
