Course " Business culture in the Gulf countries ".

The Fondation Tres Culturas and Extenda-Agence Andalouse pour la Promotion Extérieure launch a new training programme on 23 October: the course  Culture d'affaires dans les Pays du Golfe, which will be developed via the Foundation's online training platform.

This course aims to provide the necessary knowledge to understand the reality of the Arab Peninsula in relation to the rest of the Arab world, not only at the economic or business level, but also in the context of the physical environment, culture, recent historical trajectory and the current state of the countries that comprise it.

We need to be aware of the cultural diversity that exists in the Arab world and the defining characteristics of the different communities that inhabit it, as well as the main social problems that affect them. These aspects are essential to understand our potential trade partners and the human resources of these countries. As well as the fundamental differences between the three major regions of which the Arab world is composed (Maghreb, Near East and the Arab Peninsula) as a prerequisite for understanding the circumstances relating to each of them and the relations between the countries.

The course is aimed primarily at entrepreneurs who wish to establish themselves in an Arab country in order to plan their business activity abroad, but also at professionals residing in these countries or intending to do so in the future and wishing to extend their knowledge of the environment in which they work, either to respond to their personal interest, or because the knowledge to be acquired will be useful to them in the performance of their professional functions. And, of course, to all those people who, for whatever reason, show an interest in the Arab world in general and in the region that concerns us in particular.

This training itinerary is part of the convention signed between the two entities with a view to facilitating cooperation for the development of training actions in internationalisation and aimed at facilitating the personal and professional training of people wishing to broaden their knowledge of the economic and business fabric, cultures and languages of these markets.
