After the summer we start a new edition of Modern Hebrew classes at the Fundación Tres Culturas, the only institution in Seville that teaches this language. This time, we are moving to a full course format from October to June with three levels: Hebrew 1, Hebrew 2 and Hebrew 3.
Desde la Fundación Tres Culturas tenemos el convencimiento de que uno de los mejores caminos de acercarnos a la cultura es a través del aprendizaje de una nueva lengua. Estas clases están dirigidas a todas las personas interesadas en aprender hebreo, o bien que quieran mejorar el nivel que ya tienen o le pueda interesar a nivel profesional.
Common European Framework of Reference
Given the characteristics of the Hebrew language itself, which is not Indo-European but Semitic, the equivalence of these levels with those of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is only approximate, and is distributed as follows:
- HEBREW 1: CEFRL Level A1
- HEBREW 2: Transition from CEFRE level A1 to A2
- HEBREW 3: Consolidation of CEFR level A2
- HEBREW 4: CEFR level B1

2 lessons per week of 90 minutes each.

Price
390 €/ academic year (370 € with the discount applied for university students, unemployed and retired persons with accreditation). The teacher will provide the necessary materials to follow the course.
Certificate
The certificate issued by the Fundación Tres Culturas is accredited but not official. The only institution in Spain that issues official Arabic language certificates, and in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, is the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas.
