Conversational Arabic
19 March to 5 June 2026
Features
Enrolment period open.
Arabic language classes have been one of the hallmarks of the Fundación Tres Culturas since its inception in 2005. Knowledge of the language represents, beyond any practical purpose, the most effective way to get closer to a culture.
We begin the 2025-2026 academic year with a new arabic conversation course. This course is aimed at students who have already completed levels A1 and A2 of Modern Standard Arabic, i.e. students with a solid foundation in basic comprehension and production who are looking to progress towards oral fluency.
The class is structured in communicative dynamics that encourage participation. Students will work on oral expression, listening comprehension, interaction in real contexts and also written production, taking care that communicative competence is complete.
Discussions, simulations of everyday and professional situations, writing short texts and using specific vocabulary will be covered.
The recordings of the sessions are available for revision and reinforcement throughout the term.
In the academic year 2025-2026 two terms will be offered: October-December 2025, March-May 2026.
COMMON EUROPEAN REFERENCE FRAMEWORK
Given the characteristics of the Arabic language itself, which is not Indo-European but Semitic, the equivalence of these levels with those of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is only approximate, and is distributed as follows:
Arabic Conversation
| FIRST COURSE | Level 1 (B1) - Thursday (16:45h to 18:15h) |
For those students who need to know their language level, a placement test will be carried out, in order to refine - as much as possible - the enrolment in the corresponding course.
Course organised by Three Cultures Foundation and given by Arab Academy.
