Biography
Deputy Minister of the Presidency, Interior, Social Dialogue and Administrative Simplification of the Andalusian Regional Government.
Born in Valladolid in 1962, he held the post of Secretary General of the Presidency during the last legislature.
He studied Medicine and Surgery at the University of Valladolid, which he completed with a Diploma in Health Institutions Management and Health Management at IESE (University of Navarra) and in Health Management at ESADE (Escuela Superior de Administración de Empresas).
He was a member of the regional parliament for Valladolid from 1987 to 1991 in the Castilla y León parliament and was also a member of the national parliament for that constituency in the Congress of Deputies from the 5th to the 12th legislature.
From January 2012 to June 2018 he was Secretary of State for Social Security at the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
Among other distinctions, he holds the Grand Cross of the Order of Civil Merit, awarded in September 2018.

Born in Rabat in 1943, she is the former permanent ambassador of Morocco to UNESCO, where she was the first
female ambassador of Morocco.
She has been director of the Department of Hispanic Studies at Mohammed V University (1974-1988).
She was Secretary of State to the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in charge of Culture in the government from 1997 to 1981.
In 1988 she became dean of the Faculty of Arts at Hassan II Mohammedia University.
In 2007, she was elected President of the 16th General Assembly of States Parties to the Convention concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage.

Biography
Secretary General for External Action, European Union and Cooperation of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), specialising in Business Economics, and has also studied Politics and Government at UPF-UB-ESADE.
His professional career includes activity in the private and public sector, where he has been delegate of the Spanish Government in Catalonia between November 2016 and June 2018 and territorial delegate of the Ministry of Labour of the Generalitat, in Girona, between 1991 and 1995. He has also been a member of the Catalan Parliament, where he has held various positions, and until his arrival in the Andalusian Government in 2019 he worked as an economist, advisor and consultant.
Until now, he was Secretary General for External Action.

Biography
Fouad Yazourh is a career diplomat with more than 30 years of experience.
He is currently Director General for Bilateral Relations and Regional Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Living Abroad, a position he has held since February 2018.
From 2003 to 2006, he was Minister Counsellor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Madrid. In 2006, he was appointed Director of Communication at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation until 2009, when he became Director of American Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation.
In 2011, he was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Morocco to the Republic of Argentina. Among the distinctions he has received, the Order of Civil Merit awarded by His Majesty King Juan Carlos I in 2006 and the Grand Cross of the Liberator San Martín of Argentina in 2018 stand out.

Biography
Born in 1942 in Marrakech, he is a Moroccan aeronautical engineer, professor and politician.
A graduate of the Institut Supérieur d'Aéronautique et de l'Espace (Toulouse) and the Institut International de Développement Entrepreneurial (Lausanne), he began his career at IBM France in 1967.
In 1973, together with other engineers, he founded the first Moroccan IT consulting company. He was appointed Minister of Education on 27 February 1995 during the government of Abdellatif Filali.
He then became president of Al Akhawayn University. In 2006, King Mohammed VI appointed him president of the National Observatory for Human Development and in October 2013 he was appointed Minister of
National Education and Vocational Training in the government of Abdel-Ilah Benkiran.
