Meeting with the illustrator Jos\u00e9 Luis \u00c1greda in Alcal\u00e1 de Guada\u00edra"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the occasion of the exhibition <i>Cross-border vignettes<\/i> In the Public Library of Alcal\u00e1 de Guadaria Jos\u00e9 Manuel Lara, the Fundaci\u00f3n Tres Culturas organises a meeting between the illustrator Jos\u00e9 Luis \u00c1greda and the students of the Art baccalaureate of the IES Tierno Galv\u00e1n and IES Inmaculada Vieira schools.<\/p>\n<p><b>JOS\u00c9 LUIS \u00c1GREDA<\/b><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Illustrator and cartoonist from Andalusia, regular contributor to the newspaper <i>El Pa\u00eds<\/i> and the weekly humour magazine <i>The<\/i><i> Thursday<\/i>. He has worked in advertising, press illustration, book illustration, comics and character design for animation. In 2008 he started the successful children's story series <i>CARLA<\/i> (Timun Mas publishing house), which has already published fourteen titles. In 2001 he created the album <i>Pink Harvest<\/i> (Unerc\u00f3mic publishing house), winner of the Prize for the Best National Work at both the Barcelona and Madrid Comic Salons, and is currently writing and drawing the second part of the same for the Sinsentido publishing house.<\/p>\n<p>Public library of Alcal\u00e1 de Guadaira Jos\u00e9 Manuel Lara.<\/p>\n<p>Plaza del Perejil, s\/n. 41500.
