<\/p>\nThe Fundaci\u00f3n Tres Culturas was today the setting for an important meeting between members and representatives of different sectors involved in IntegrARTE, a comprehensive support programme set up by various national, regional and local institutions, aimed at the 19,000 Moroccan seasonal workers displaced to various locations in Huelva for the current agricultural season, which will end next June.<\/p>\n
This initiative continues along the lines of other actions developed in previous years by Tres Culturas in this sense; hence the foundation plays the perfect role of bringing together the different interests that converge around this campaign, in which both employers and representatives of the Moroccan government, professionals who work alongside the seasonal workers and the foundation itself have expressed a common goal: that these workers feel accompanied, safe, carry out their agricultural work in decent conditions and make the most of their free time with educational and cultural activities.<\/p>\n
All of this is reflected in the IntegrARTE programme, which includes training and leisure activities and even accompaniment in more personal matters such as health treatment or bureaucratic formalities.<\/p>\n

In addition to the Tres Culturas management team (headed by the director Jos\u00e9 Manuel Cervera), the meeting was attended by Mohammed Bouguidou, head of the Studies, Sectoral Coordination and Planning Division of the Ministry in charge of Moroccans Resident Abroad and Migration Affairs of the Moroccan Government; Naoufal Abahar, head of the Cooperation with Europe Service of the same Ministry; Farid Aoulouhaj, Consul General of Morocco in Seville; Pedro Mar\u00edn, manager of Interfresa (Interprofessional Association of Andalusian Strawberries); Borja Ferrera Alonso and Francisco de Francisco Ferrera Alonso; Borja Ferrera Alonso and Borja Ferrera Alonso; Farid Aoulouhaj, Consul General of Morocco in Seville; Pedro Mar\u00edn, Manager of Interfresa (Interprofessional Association of Andalusian Strawberries); Borja Ferrera Alonso and Francisco Ortega, Head of Institutional Relations and Head of Administration, respectively, of the same association; Susana Pereira, teaching coordinator of the programme; and Salwa Dahbi, one of the integration consultants in permanent contact with the seasonal workers.<\/p>\n
The representatives of the strawberry association took advantage of this meeting to present Interfresa's Ethical, Labour and Social Responsibility Plan (PRELSI), which responds to various needs expressed by the seasonal workers and detected by the companies themselves.
