On this occasion, the chefs Ali Elkardoudi and Paco Le\u00f3n will be preparing two essential dishes from the Moroccan recipe book: the\u00a0<em>makhroud<\/em>also known as baklava, and the fine semolina bread or\u00a0<em>harcha<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Elkardoui and Le\u00f3n will explain how to prepare these two simple but delicious typical recipes.
