Within the framework of the 'Three Cultures with You' project, the Fundaci\u00f3n Tres Culturas, in collaboration with the FCAT, is offering a film cycle that shows, through four titles, different visions of Morocco's recent past.<\/p>\n
According to the Moroccan Film Centre (CCM), Moroccan cinema is booming, with some 15 feature films and 50 short films being produced annually. Year after year, progress is made in production circuits, audience attendance and the fight against piracy, as well as the development of film festivals, such as those in Marrakech, Khouribga, Tangiers and Sal\u00e9 (Women's Film Festival).<\/p>\n
This cycle, designed to be enjoyed at home, offers an overview of films in which Morocco is the protagonist, including works by Spanish and Moroccan directors who portray different experiences, situations, themes and visions of the neighbouring country.<\/p>\n

France, Morocco, 2014, 110 min.<\/p>\n During the early years of Hassan II's reign, Houcine, an admirer of the new king, leads a very popular orchestra. He lives with his wife Halima in the family home, a home full of life with original characters who intertwine to the rhythm of the orchestra and its traditional dancers, the Chikhates.
