L'\u00e9mergence de l'organisation \u00c9tat islamique est un probl\u00e8me qui remonte aux ann\u00e9es 80, lorsque les \u00c9tats-Unis, l'Arabie saoudite et le Pakistan ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 le \"pont des moudjahidines\" pour lutter contre les troupes sovi\u00e9tiques en Afghanistan ; la chute du mur de Berlin a rendu orphelins ces \"guerriers saints\" (reconnus et arm\u00e9s par l'Occident \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0), qui se sont sentis trahis et ont eu recours \u00e0 une lutte mondialis\u00e9e, donnant ainsi naissance \u00e0 Al-Qaida. Plus tard, une nouvelle erreur des \u00c9tats-Unis - l'invasion de l'Irak - a facilit\u00e9 la mutation d'Al-Qaida en l'organisation actuelle de l'\u00c9tat islamique.<\/p>\n
