This time it\u2019s the turn of Briton Anne Wilson, who is staying in Coimbra from the 8<sup>th<\/sup> of April to the 8<sup>th<\/sup> du mois de mai.<\/p>\n<p>Artist Anne Wilson creates her pieces in felt using wool fibres that are physically entwined and set employing mechanical techniques along with chemical reactions and humidity to create a pure and original textile structure.<\/p>\n<p>Anne has experimented in the past with different forms of art and has created clothes, dyed materials, batik pictures and paintings. She currently creates 3D felt images, clothing and flowers with Merino wool, the perfect material for this type of work. Her pieces are spread across a variety of private collections.<\/p>\n<p>Her artistic residence is set at the CREARTE facility in Coimbra, where she will have the chance to help youngsters develop artistic abilities to link culture and historical heritage as felt has been worked with since the Iron Age.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.feltartworks.com\">www.feltartworks.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Facebook: feltartworks<\/p>\n<p>Le projet CARPET est coordonn\u00e9 par la Fundaci\u00f3n Tres Culturas (Fondation des trois cultures) avec ses partenaires\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creativekernow.org.uk\/\">Kernow cr\u00e9atif<\/a>\u00a0au Royaume-Uni,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cearte.pt\/\">CEARTE<\/a>\u00a0au Portugal et\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.apdn.ma\/\">APDN<\/a>\u00a0au Maroc.
