Trata-se de uma iniciativa conjunta da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia para a Preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e Promo\u00e7\u00e3o da Cultura Judaica (AEPJ), do Conselho Europeu de Comunidades Judaicas, da B\u2019nai B\u2019rith Europa e da Rede de Judiarias de Espanha.<\/p>\n<p>A valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do legado judaico na sua dimens\u00e3o cultural e hist\u00f3rica \u00e9 um dos objetivos que, na Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Tr\u00eas Culturas, consideramos essencial.<\/p>\n<p>Una parte esencial del legado sefard\u00ed, preservado por m\u00e1s de 500 a\u00f1os, es la gastronom\u00eda. En Jew\u2019els of Spain (organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro creada en 2019 en Los \u00c1ngeles (California) con la intenci\u00f3n de preservar la historia y la cultura jud\u00eda sefard\u00ed) han\u00a0 desarrollado el proyecto \u2018Sephardi Taste\u2019 en torno a la comida sefard\u00ed con la colaboraci\u00f3n de la chef H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Jawhara Pi\u00f1er.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e9l\u00e8ne es doctora en Historia Medieval e Historia de la Alimentaci\u00f3n, y ha sido galardonada con la Beca Broome &amp; Allen de la Federaci\u00f3n Sefard\u00ed Estadounidense en 2018 y con el premio David Gitlitz Emerging Scholar de la Sociedad de Estudios Cripto-Judaicos en 2021. Es autora de dos libros, <em>Sephardi: Cooking the History, recetas de los jud\u00edos de Espa\u00f1a y la di\u00e1spora desde el Siglo XIII hasta el presente<\/em>; y <em>Jews, Food and Spain<\/em> que ser\u00e1 presentado por la autora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La presentaci\u00f3n del libro ser\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ada de una degustaci\u00f3n de comida sefard\u00ed preparada por la propia chef Jawhara
