Mais tarde, um novo erro dos EUA - a invas\u00e3o do Iraque - facilitou a muta\u00e7\u00e3o da Al-Qaeda na atual organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Estado Isl\u00e2mico.<\/p>\n<p>Um dos objetivos desta mesa-redonda ser\u00e1 explicar como as antigas pol\u00edticas intervencionistas do s\u00e9culo XX<sup>th<\/sup> s\u00e9culo modelou o M\u00e9dio Oriente de acordo com uma vis\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica atualmente obsoleta devido a fatores-chave como a Primavera \u00c1rabe e o acordo nuclear com o Ir\u00e3o, que alteraram o equil\u00edbrio de poder.<\/p>\n<p>Por outro lado, vamos analisar como a insist\u00eancia em aplicar esses velhos m\u00e9todos dos anos 20<sup>th<\/sup> s\u00e9culo para resolver um problema do s\u00e9culo 21<sup>st<\/sup> s\u00e9culo levar\u00e1 ao fracasso mais uma vez.
