The Fundación Tres Culturas begins the month of June with a concert by the artist, writer and anthropologist Raúl Rodríguez.
The multifaceted Sevillian artist Raúl Rodríguez presents his new book-disc at the Fundación Tres Culturas, The Electric Reasonwith which he culminates his creative trilogy on the sounds of the Afro-Andalusian Caribbean, begun in 2014 with Reason for Son and continued with The Electric Root (2017). With his own instrument, the "Tres Flamenco" and accompanied by Juanfe Pérez on bass and Jimmy González on drums, Rodríguez configures this "3F Power Trio", with which he returns to Seville for the premiere of this new work.
A work that delves into the mechanisms of shared creativity in the cultural map that connects flamenco with the music of Africa and Latin America.
