The IV Alqantara Forum 'Geopolitical situation and values in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. A state of the question and future prospects' will analyse in detail the transformation that the Mediterranean space has undergone in recent decades from two different perspectives. To this end, we will be joined by internationally renowned experts in the field, such as Yossie Beilin, Yasser Abed Rabbo, James M. Dorsey, Miguel Ángel Moratinos, Jean-Marie Heydt and Tomás Alcoverro, among others.
