Homage to Albert Camus

Details

  • Start: 26 April 2017
  • End: 28 April 2017

The Fundación Tres Culturas and Norma Editorial pay tribute to the homage to Albert Camus on the 60th anniversary of the awarding of the Nobel Prize in Literature with the presentation of the graphic novel Camus. Between justice and motherby José Lenzini and Laurent Gnoni. This tribute will take place in two events: one on Wednesday 26 April at 7.30 p.m. at the Foundation's headquarters in Seville, and the other in Granada on Thursday 27 April at 8 p.m. in the central space of the Granada Book Fair.

Both will be attended by the play's scriptwriter, José Lenzini. The presenters will be Paco Cerrejón, managing director of ICAS, and the journalist Javier Valenzuela, respectively. The event in Seville will also feature a live portrait of Albert Camus by the cartoonist Abel Ippólito.

The choice of Albert Camus, whose tribute is part of the Fatima Mernissi Library's ten-year anniversary programme, is in recognition of his values as a writer and thinker, his civic attitude and the relevance of his work.

About the scriptwriter:
