The Fundación Tres Culturas del Mediterráneo is taking part in the 34th Granada Book Fair (17-26 April 2015) with a wide-ranging programme that includes a literary meeting, a book presentation and participation in a round table of book clubs.

Tres Culturas collaborates with the Consorcio Centro Federico García Lorca and the programme Granada Ciudad de Literatura Unesco, through the literary meeting with Rachid Boudjedra, one of the most prominent Algerian intellectuals of the time.
Writer, poet, storyteller, essayist, teacher, filmmaker and screenwriter., Boudjedra, whose literary production distinguishes him, from the outset, as an innovative writer whose writing reveals his political and ethical commitments, will talk with translator Souad Hadj-Ali about his literary work as a whole.

- Presentation of 'Zimma', by Ismael Diadié Haïdara. Monday, 20 April 2015.
The Three Cultures Foundation is organising the presentation of the latest book by the patriarch of the Kati family, president of the Mahmud Kati Foundation and director of the Kati Fund Library in Timbuktu, Ismael Diadié Haïdara.
Zimma', published by Vaso Roto, is a philosophical tale in which Diadié pays homage to the oral tradition, belonging to the culture of the nomadic ethnic groups of North Africa and the Niger curve. The stories starring fantastic beings, animals or humans become an instrument to transmit the lessons of life, just as the traditional masters of Africa did.

- Reading clubs, an imaginative formula in the face of the crisis. Friday, 24 April 2015.
The Fundación Tres Culturas is participating in this meeting with the Tres con libros project. The aim of this event is to publicise the work being done by libraries, foundations, public and private institutions to promote all types of reading, in different formats and languages and aimed at a wide public, which is the main objective of the event. In these difficult times for culture, the aim is to highlight what reading is capable of provoking through the testimonies and experiences of its coordinators.
