The Tres Culturas Foundation and the Essaouira Mogador Association are organizing, in collaboration with Casa Árabe, the XIV edition of the Festival of Atlantic Andalucías, which will take place from October 26 to 28, 2017 in the Moroccan city of Essaouira.
This time, within a program that brings together a cast of artists from various parts of the world to showcase their cultural richness and the importance of the Andalusian heritage in this area, the Tres Culturas Foundation presents Mercedes Ruiz and her company with the show Let me dance for you.
It is a show that, as its stage director Francisco López defines it, «focuses on the need that Mercedes feels to reinterpret her dance, to re-conceive styles –in flamenco, it is not only possible, but necessary—in the light of her current dance poetic».
