André Téchiné · 2016 · France · 114 minutes

Synopsis: Tom is the adopted son of two farmers from the South-West of France. When their mother falls ill, she receives help from Damien’s mother. Both are also high school classmates, where they maintain a mutual dislike that often ends in episodes of violence. Despite this fierce relationship, Damien’s mother and father, who works as a soldier in Central Africa, decide to take Tom in until his mother recovers. André Téchiné, director of Wild Reeds, tackles the story of self-discovery in adolescence at the age of over 70.
