Crisitina Ataíde is a solid Portuguese artist with a long career, who shows in her exhibitions an interesting diversity of artistic manifestations that are often the result of the transition between sculpture and design, passing through photography and video.
Cristina Ataíde's walks - whether physical or mental - in the mountains provide her with the material and the starting point for a laborious artistic exercise. The title of her exhibition, A wrinkle in the airThe poem by Julia Uceda is a reference to a poem by Julia Uceda. This exhibition brings together different formats and materials to immortalise the experience of her body in landscapes and mountains, transforming this experience into a rich and expressive artistic manifestation.
The artist will travel from Portugal and will be present at the opening of the exhibition. The artist will be presented by the gallerist Magda Bellotti.
