Exhibition '24 Hours in the life of...'.

Details

  • Start: 15 May 2018
  • End: 1 July 2018

The Fundación Tres Culturas hosts the exhibition '24 Hours in the life of...', a visual story through photographs in real time with images that facilitate the approach to the migratory process in our community.

This work by Antonio Pérez constructs, through his snapshots, the multicultural story of a typical day in Andalusia. A story made up of intertwined stories described with twenty-four images in more than forty locations. The project is part of the framework 'Andalucía Integradora: Las redes de ciudades como instrumento de acción local y cohesión social', organised by the Andalusian Municipalities Fund for International Solidarity (FAMSI), and financed by the Directorate General for the Coordination of Migration Policies. An initiative in which Andalucía Acoge, Fundación Tres Culturas, and the Andalusian Association of Municipal and Citizen Radio and Television Stations of Andalusia (EMA-RTV) also collaborate.

This exhibition seeks to contribute to the elimination of prejudices that legitimise discriminatory acts and promotes reflection on a reality that is already on the streets of our towns and cities.
