The seminar Inclusive Andalusia: networks of cities as an instrument for local action and social cohesionorganised by FAMSI in collaboration with Fundación Tres Culturas, Andalucía Acoge, EMA RTV and the Andalusian Fund of Municipalities in Solidarity, stems from the growing interest in the way local governments face global challenges and address processes of a complex and multidimensional nature, such as migration.
Cities are putting in place practical solutions in migration management, such as establishing connections between territories of origin and destination, or adopting coexistence policies to ensure that "no one is left out".
The aim of this seminar is to make the most of the potential and the experience that municipalities already have in the management of diversity, promoting the knowledge of the good practices that are being carried out, the participation of local governments in networks, the exchange of experiences, debate and dialogue, promoting political actions for the integration and management of diversity.
