The Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation continues its collaboration with the Culinary Diplomacy Festival, which takes place in the Moroccan city of Fez from 19 to 22 April 2018.
During this third edition, great ambassadors of cuisine, important chefs and professors specialising in this field from different cultures will share their knowledge and their art with the public, to reinterpret our respective gastronomies, combining centuries-old experiences with the proposals of modern science.
