In January, the Fondation des Trois Cultures presents the project of the Al-Andalus House with a special session which includes the screening of the documentary Tombe de Boabdilfollowed by a round table discussion during which Manuel Pimentel and Virginia Luque will talk about the figure of the last Nasrid king of Grenada.
The location of Boabdil's body remains unknown. Historical research has been carried out on the basis of written sources. However, at the same time, an archaeological investigation has been proposed to locate it definitively. Arqueomania has drawn up a programme to locate the historical figure of Boabdil and the great dilemmas and conflicts he had to face. History and archaeology are currently under investigation, a good example to disseminate rigorously to the general public thanks to quality television.
