25 years after the Barcelona Euro-Mediterranean Foreign Affairs Conference, the Fundación Tres Culturas takes up crucial issues from this initiative to assess the current situation and evaluate where more persevering action is required and where progress is favourable and examples of good practice can be drawn from.
The fourth round table of the series 'Debates around the Mediterranean' dealt with the empowerment of women in the Mediterranean context and included the participation of Awatef Ketiti, lecturer and researcher at the Audiovisual Communication and Advertising Teaching Unit of the University of Valencia, and Sandra Camps, journalist and director of the programme In the First Person of RNE.
As part of the Tres Culturas Contigo programme of activities, we are making the video of this session available to the public for those who were unable to attend or who wish to analyse in more depth what was discussed.
This activity is subsidised by the Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and forms part of the various activities it carries out for the study, analysis and implementation of Spanish foreign policy priorities.
