Summer of comedy: `Sin rodeos' in the Andalusian Gardens of Tres Culturas

Details

  • Date: 11 August 2020
  • Time:
    22:00 - 23:30

The Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation reopens its doors to the public with 'Back to Three Cultures', a special programme marking the return to what has been called the "new normal" from 23 June.

The Foundation's projectors are switched on once again to resume its traditional 'Tuesday cinema' in an exceptional setting, the Andalusian Gardens of the Hassan II Pavilion, where every Tuesday in July and August at 22.00 there will be a summer cinema.

The Foundation has established a plan to adapt this space according to the prevention and distance indications established in the de-escalation, so that in addition to the stalls, the public also has tables for dining, as an ambigú service is offered.

Tuesday 11 August, 22.00 h.

No beating about the bush. Santiago Segura. Spain, 2018, 87 min.

Paz has a seemingly perfect life. However, she feels distressed and overwhelmed and thinks that something is wrong. In her desperation she goes to see a Hindu "healer", Amil Narayan, who offers her the solution to her problems: a potion based on ancient plants to release her tension. The potion seems more potent than expected, and Paz finds herself with a surprising result, becoming, after accidentally ingesting the whole bottle, a woman "without a filter".
