During the month of September, the Fundación Tres Culturas has dedicated its programme to Sepharad. Literature is always an important pillar in the activities of Tres Culturas, and for this reason the proposal was presented for the reading of the poetry books Memory Map y The colour of time.
On 28 and 29 September, club members will discuss both books. And, as usual, they will be able to taste a bread specially made by La Essence with flavours inspired by the poems of Clarisse Nicoïdski and María Álvarez-Rosario.
