At the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation we continue to support communication processes based on interculturality as one of the most effective means of developing and sustaining the idea that all cultures deserve the same respect and that contact between different peoples is the basis for a culturally and socially richer society.
In this line, we present a programme for the implementation of Emotional Intelligence that considers emotional education as the ideal vehicle to deepen and strengthen the concept of interculturality.
Throughout the different phases of the programme, and with emotional education as the cornerstone, we will focus on and make progress with alternatives and tools that promote inclusive dynamics in the processes of socialisation in the educational sphere, while at the same time developing skills and attitudes for active participation in the construction of a multicultural society.
This programme is aimed at the entire educational community, both teachers and students. It will begin on 29 May in Seville (in the afternoon, from 17.00 to 19.30 h.) and will also be held in Malaga on 12 June and in San Roque on 13 June.
