Coinciding with the month of Ramadan, the Three Cultures Foundation is once again organising a full programme of activities with the aim of involving other cultures in this tradition and the desire to share experiences and generate links with other groups.
Among the activities organised, there will be two live cooking sessions with the young chef Ali Elkardoudi, who will teach participants how to make some of the most representative recipes of Moroccan pastries.
On Friday 18 May, Elkardoudi will perform two traditional Arabic pastry recipes: the kaab el ghazal or gazelle horns and the makhroudalso known as baklava.
During the showcooking, attendees will have the recipe on paper to follow the chef's instructions step by step, and after the session they will be able to taste these exquisite sweets.
Ali Elkardoudi trained as a chef at the Taberna del Alabardero catering school in Seville and has participated in numerous national and international restaurant competitions. Among his most recent achievements, he was a finalist in one of the competitions of the XVII International Gastronomy Congress Madrid Fusión.
His profile as a trainer has led him to create the company Cocineros&Co, dedicated to giving cookery workshops, catering courses, etc.
This activity is free of charge after registration via this link.
