As part of Morocco Month, organised in collaboration with the Ministry Delegate to the Ministry of Moroccans Living Abroad and Migration Affairs, the Three Cultures Foundation is organising a live cooking session with chefs Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León, who will cook live some of the most important recipes of Moroccan gastronomy.
During the showcooking, attendees will have the recipe on paper so that they can follow the chef's instructions step by step, and after the session they will be able to taste the dishes.
Ali Elkardoudi and Paco León work as restaurateurs in Seville and their profile as trainers has led them to create the company Fusión&Tradición, dedicated to giving cooking workshops, catering courses etc.
This activity is free of charge upon reservation.
