The Fundación Tres Culturas, in the framework of its European project INTREPIDA plus, is organising a new INTREPIDA event, which on this occasion will allow attendees to learn about the business adventure of the amusing Italian chef Federica Gagliardi.

Federica came to Seville from Rome to pursue her passion for cooking. After eight years she is now at the helm of a tasty business initiative based on a love of Italian cuisine and a job well done. With her own cooking workshop and sale of delicious products in the El Arenal food market in Seville, she will come to our headquarters so that together we can travel through some of the flavours of the rich and varied Italian cuisine.

In this INTREPIDA event we will learn how to prepare delicious and practical sauces for our pasta dishes. From the region of Liguria where cities such as Genoa and its famous pesto alla genoveseWe will come to a pesto that is prepared at the other end of beautiful Italy on the island of Sicily with pesto alla trepanese. These are just two examples of the various sauces we will be making and tasting together.

The INTREPIDA plus project, focused on giving greater visibility to women entrepreneurs working in Spain and Portugal, invites you on a journey of flavours, learning and discoveries guided by Federica.
