The Tres Culturas specialised library is once again bringing reading to the members of the Luis Jiménez de Asúa CIS reading club. On this occasion, the selected work is In the water (Tusquets), by the Greek writer Petros Márkaris.
The book presents a political, social and economic x-ray of Greece through literature and the day-to-day life of a character, Commissar Kostas Jaritos, with a case to solve: the murder of a banker.
In the watertogether with the titles Final settlement y Bread, education, freedomis part of what was originally a trilogy on the Greek crisis, which this year, with the publication of the new work by Petros Márkaris, This is as far as we have comehas become a tetralogy.
