Plurality in music as a reflection of a diverse society

The Fundación Tres Culturas commemorates Migrants' Day at the Hogar Virgen de los Reyes with music by the group Ninki Nankacomposed of musicians living in Spain from Senegal, Equatorial Guinea, Spain and North America. It is a musical proposal where musicians of different origins and tendencies come together in a common repertoire that evokes the countries of origin of most of its members, with African sounds and dances predominating. On this occasion, the concert will feature Sangeetha Ekambaram on vocals along with Ibrahima Diabate who will also delight us with his particular way of playing the kora and the djembe and who will be accompanied by Cheikh Sarr on drums, Carlos Gallego on bass, José Vera on the xylophone and Silvia Roldán with African dances.

Limited capacity. 290 places.

Invitations available next Friday 12 December at 14:00h at the following address link

Important note: This activity will not take place at the headquarters of the Fundación Tres Culturas on Isla de la Cartuja but at the theatre of the Hogar Virgen de los Reyes (Calle Fray Isidoro de Sevilla, 1).
