The Fundación Tres Culturas, within the framework of its European project INTREPIDA plus, is organising a new event to highlight the work of women as entrepreneurs, in this case in the world of sport. The businesswoman and actress Silvia Giner will introduce us to her company, Aerial Dreamsthe leading pole sports academy in Andalusia.
Aerial Dreams is today the first company to professionalise the pole sport in Andalusia. It is a pioneering centre in having qualified teachers in this field, and has already won numerous medals in federated competitions.
To get to know this interesting business initiative, the Fundación Tres Culturas is organising a practical workshop at the academy itself, which will allow attendees to get to know the main aerial activities that are bringing about a major change in the world of fitness.
For two hours we will practice aerial hammocks, pole dance/pole sport and aerial hoop. Three activities that allow you to work on various muscle groups without even realising it and in a fun way, as well as being an excellent tool for self-esteem and empowerment.
The workshop is aimed at adults and it is not necessary to be physically fit to take part.

Silvia Giner has a formal training as a Higher Technician in Computer Systems, but she has directed her profession between her passion for acting and sport.
She has trained with the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF) and the National School of Aerial Yoga and with instructors Salima Peippo and Isa Nemesys. She has also received training from renowned instructors and is a level 2 judge for the International Pole Sports Federation, instructor and coach for competition preparation. She was one of the founding members of the Spanish Pole Sports Federation. She organised the I Regional Championship of Pole Sports in Andalusia with headquarters in Seville within the framework of federated competitions of the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF). At the same time, she continues to work as an actress in the Performance Laboratory of Sebastián Haro in Seville and with Carmen Rico, "cardiologist of the stage".
