The Fundación Tres Culturas, through its European project INTREPIDA plus, is organising a concert by the Portuguese artist Irma, on Thursday 8 October at 8.30 pm.
Although he was born in Lisbon, his identity reflects a strong influence of Angolan culture, whether or not Angola was the country of origin of his grandparents with whom he grew up. At the age of 12, she inherited a guitar from her mother, which she never stopped exploring while venturing into songwriting. Irma is a face known to the Portuguese public for her work as an actress and is currently preparing her debut album. With her enormous charisma that leaves no one indifferent, she is an emerging figure on the national music scene. The two singles that have already been released were very well received not only by the public but also by the radio and social networks.
This activity is free of charge thanks to the financial support of the European programme Interreg POCTEP Spain-Portugal V A Spain Portugal and the Three Cultures of the Mediterranean Foundation. Places are limited, so it is essential to register in advance.
