From the San Lorenzo neighbourhood in the centre of Seville, Lemon Yoga is becoming the proposal that more and more people are looking for to practice yoga with professionals who are dedicated exclusively to this practice.
An ancestral practice adapted to current needs that helps to keep the body and mind in balance in a healthy and conscious way. The benefits of yoga have a direct impact on the lives of those who practice it, helping them to alleviate physical ailments, stress and lack of concentration in their work and daily lives.
Lemon Yoga is a project of Fatima, Corrine and Roberto who began by sharing a learning path that culminated in this joint creation.
This INTREPIDA meeting will allow us to know some details of the project to continue with a practice taught at the centre and that can also be followed online through the zoom platform.
