  • Date: 2 March 2018
  • Time:
    12:30 - 13:30

The INTREPIDA project launches the appointments with the classrooms with the clear intention of bringing entrepreneurship to educational centres.

On this occasion, a freelance designer, Fátima González, has been selected to share her experience at the head of her own company after having worked as an employee and freelance on other occasions.

The IES Ramón Carande has a speciality of Bachillerato in Plastic Arts, including Design among its specialities. Among the twenty students who make up the class, some of them wish to continue studying Art History or Fine Arts at University, while others are thinking of entering the job market as designers. This meeting will facilitate a dialogue between the students and the designer that will help to better understand the ins and outs of self-employment.

After studying Advertising and PR in Seville, Fátima González took a master's degree at the Elisava School of Design in Barcelona to specialise in Corporate Identity Design. Subsequently, she created in Seville, together with three partners, the multidisciplinary studio Socaire, currently Lookanddoit, a branding agency based in Tarragona. She currently works as a freelance graphic designer as a partner of the Les Chevalets Association, a project for the dissemination and popularisation of traditional printing techniques.
