The Fundación Tres Culturas goes to the Centro de Inserción Social (CIS) in Seville to start a reading club Three with books in its facilities. One of the projects of the Tres Culturas cultural agenda that began in 2009 has expanded its social dimension with the launch of this reading club, whose objectives continue to be to work on the promotion of reading, the dissemination of Mediterranean authors and the development of initiatives aimed at enriching the cultural heritage through diversity.
Plain bread (Cabaret Voltaire), by the Moroccan writer Mohamed Chukri, will be the first proposed reading. For a month, this work will be the subject of analysis at the centre and will be followed by more readings to disseminate the literary wealth of the Mediterranean.
The CIS of Seville is the appropriate place to continue the work started in 2012 when Tres Culturas collaborated in the creation of the reading room of the Seville I Penitentiary Centre and thus, we continue to use reading and books for social improvement.
