Trois Cultures makes a clear pari passu on training in cultural management and participates in this fourth edition which updates its contents, making the approach more versatile in the attempt to become a permanent reference training action due to its high degree of academic innovation and professional profit.

Through this practical workshop, we will analyse the roles of culture and cultural industries as a driver of development within cooperation in a context of crisis, taking various experiences as a reference. Issues such as sustainability, creativity, the new European funding framework, the emergence of collaborative forms, governance systems and the challenges facing public policies. All this without forgetting the scenarios that are emerging where initiatives determined by connections based on partnership, virtuality, innovation and global mobility are beginning to take shape. This workshop also focuses on intercultural relations between Spain and Morocco from an operational perspective.

The main objective of the course is to provide students with intercultural tools and knowledge, which they can apply not only in their working environment but also in their social environment, making them more competent in an increasingly diverse society and learning to appreciate in this diversity a richness and a potential that must be well managed. Questions such as the process of mediation, how to apply it in the field of interculturality, mediation and foreign languages, will be addressed throughout the different thematic blocks that make up this training action, with dynamic practices in the framework of non-formal education.

19-21 septembre. Le Sahel dans le monde global : une vision multidisciplinaire, mené par Miguel Angel Ballesteros Martín, Directeur de l'Instituto Español de Estudios Estratégicos.

This course aims to provide a multidisciplinary approach to the security of the Sahel and its environment, in which multiple risks and threats will be analysed, as well as certain variables, shared by both the countries of the region and the countries of the North - the Maghreb, Spain and Europe.

For years, Spain has been involved with the Sahel region, both at the political level and in terms of security and development; this area has also received specific attention from the European Union, one reflection of which is the missions established in the region. In the light of the daily events that can be highlighted in the national and international press, from immigration from the Sahel to the spread of jihadism, this meeting is entirely relevant and highly topical.

19-23 septembre. Alimentation Méditerranéenne : Un modèle culturel et de qualité de vie, mené par Delfin Galiano Orea, Andalusian Centre for Research in Physical Activity, Health and Sport.

Mediterranean Food was declared an Immaterial Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 2010, and is a precious cultural heritage.

When we talk about Mediterranean food, we are not talking about a simple food model, which can only be defined by the simple enumeration of its most characteristic nourishment. The main objective is to disseminate the Mediterranean food model as a holistic concept, from a scientific, cultural and social point of view as well as the importance of a healthy and balanced diet. It is also important to understand the relationship between health, nutrition and disease prevention so that it can be applied in practice in everyday life, providing students with the basic tools of nutritional education that Mediterranean food undoubtedly provides us with.
