The CARPET project of the Fundación Tres Culturas invites you to participate in a series of meetings related to the development of audiences and the loyalty of the different audiences that participate in activities related to culture and the arts. These are theoretical and practical workshops given by experts as well as meetings with professionals who explain their experiences at the head of institutions that have managed to increase the number of citizens who attend the activities they organise.
This third meeting features Héctor del Barrio, who will address such topics as thehe importance of research into the typology of the audience, the collection and analysis of data, the evaluation of activities and the application of audience research to the cultural management of institutions in a systematic way.
Héctor del Barrio has been working in the field of cultural management for almost two decades, developing his work in different areas of the world of culture but always with the public as his main objective and driving force.
He is responsible for the coordination of the Permanent Laboratory of Museum Audiences of the Ministry of Culture and Sport, a fundamental and perhaps unique project in its approach and development, which has become one of the fundamental initiatives of cultural policy in Spain.
